Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

Academy: [Rules Academy] – Online Academy By registering for any courses or programs offered by [Rules Academy] (hereinafter referred to as the “Academy”), you (hereinafter referred to as the “Student” or “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or proceed with payment.

First: Admission and Registration

Eligibility: Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and over. For individuals under 18, written parental or guardian consent is required.
Accuracy of Information: The student bears full responsibility for the validity and accuracy of information provided during registration (Name, Email, Phone Number, Health Status).
Right of Refusal: The Academy reserves the right to refuse the admission of any student without providing reasons, especially if the requested program is not suitable for their health condition.

Personal Use License: The student is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content (videos, texts, lectures, PDFs) for a specific period based on the selected course.
Prohibition of Commercial Use: The student does not have the right to copy, redistribute, sell, rent, or share the content with any other person or entity. All content is the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy and its instructors.
Protection Against Sharing: If sharing of login credentials with others is detected, the account will be immediately suspended without any refund.
Content Modification: The Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any part of the content without prior notice to improve educational quality.

Third: Payments and Fees

Prices: All displayed prices are in the specified currency (e.g., USD, SAR, AED, EGP) and include taxes, if applicable.
Payment Methods: Payment is made via the electronic gateway available on the platform (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Certified Electronic Wallet).
Banking Fees: The student is responsible for any additional fees imposed by banks or payment entities (such as international transfer fees or failed payment retry fees).

Fourth: Student Conduct and Communication

Professional Conduct: Students are expected to adhere to respectful and ethical behavior within the platform, support groups (e.g., WhatsApp or Telegram), and during live sessions.
Prohibitions: Bullying, hate speech, insults, defamation, posting inappropriate content, or promoting competing products within the Academy is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Violation: In case of conduct violation, the Academy has the right to issue a written warning, expel the student from support groups, or permanently cancel the subscription and block the account (without refund).
No Medical Advice: The Academy provides athletic training and education; it does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. The student is solely responsible for consulting a physician before starting any intense physical activity.

Fifth: Disclaimer

Technical Failures: The Academy is not responsible for internet outages, power cuts, or platform issues (e.g., Zoom, Kajabi, Teachable) that may affect the student’s access to content.

Student Cancellation: The student can cancel their subscription at any time via the dashboard. Cancellation does not entitle the student to a refund for the remaining period of the subscription.
Academy Suspension/Cancellation: The Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel a student’s subscription without notice in case of a breach of these terms, payment fraud, or behavior detrimental to the Academy’s reputation.

Seventh: Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your email or phone number will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes without your consent. Data may be used to send course-related notifications, updates, or marketing offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. In case of any dispute, an amicable solution through communication with the Academy management shall be sought first within 15 business days. If not resolved amicably, the dispute shall be referred to a competent court or arbitration body in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Ninth: Updates to Terms and Conditions

The Academy has the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
