Exchange and Refund Policy

At Rules Academy, we are committed to providing the highest quality educational and training content in the field of physical fitness. Given that our products are digital and provide immediate access, the refund and exchange policy adheres to the following:

First: Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal Period (“Grace Period”) We grant the client the right to withdraw from the course purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The client has not downloaded or viewed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The client has not downloaded any training materials (PDF files, recorded lectures, videos) from the platform.

2. Ineligibility for Refund The client is not entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • If more than 20% of the course content has been consumed (even if the content was not to the client’s liking).
  • If the course includes individual “1-on-1 coaching” sessions and one has been booked or conducted.
  • If the course was purchased as part of a “discounted bundle” and any other course within the bundle has been accessed.
  • If the client shared their login credentials with others.

3. Refund Request Method To request a refund, please send an email to: rulesfitness1@gmail.com with the subject: “Refund Request – [Course Name] – [Client Name]”.

A response will be provided within 5 business days. Upon approval, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days using the original payment method.

 

Second: Replacement Policy

1. When can a course be replaced? We do not allow the replacement of one course for another simply due to a change of mind. Replacement is permitted only in two cases:

  • Proven Technical Issue: If a technical defect is found in the course files (videos not working, corrupted files) and we are unable to fix it within 48 hours.
  • Inappropriate Level: If a client registered for an “Advanced” level course but their actual level is “Beginner” (following a free assessment by our training team).

2. Replacement Procedures Upon approval of the replacement:

  • Access to the old course is revoked.
  • The paid balance is converted into Store Credit deductible from the value of the new course.
  • If the new course is more expensive, the client pays the difference.
  • If the new course is less expensive, the difference is not refunded in cash but remains as credit in the client’s academy wallet.
