  1. The Scientific Module

 * Musculoskeletal Anatomy:

   * Primary muscles involved in group movement.

   * Joints, Range of Motion (ROM), and “Red Zone” positions.

   * Muscle roles in group exercises (Strength, Cardio, Balance).

   * Common physical weaknesses in group trainees.

 * Exercise Physiology:

   * Energy systems in high-intensity classes.

   * Impact of group exercise on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

   * Physiology of fatigue and exhaustion.

   * Intensity progression in group settings.

   * Hormonal response to sequential training.

 * Fundamentals of Group Training:

   * Design principles for HIIT and Functional sessions.

   * Progression, Load, Rest, and Intensity.

   * Training Tools: Light weights, resistance bands, steps, medicine balls.

   * Formats: Circuit, Tabata, Pyramid, Interval, Flow.

   * Structuring a 40–60 minute session from warm-up to cool-down.

 * Essential Nutrition for Instructors:

   * Fundamentals of energy and calories.

   * Pre, intra, and post-workout nutritional needs.

   * Hydration and fluid balance.

   * Essential supplements for group training.

 * Safety and Injury Prevention:

   * Common group fitness injuries.

   * Correct vs. Incorrect movement patterns.

   * Modifying exercises for all levels.

   * On-site first aid basics.

 * Class Leadership Skills:

   * Body language and presence.

   * Voice projection and public speaking.

   * Reading the group and adjusting the tempo.

   * Group motivation techniques.

   * Building an instructor persona.

 * Practical Group Applications:

   * Cardio Moves & Bodyweight Training.

   * Resistance Bands & Functional Drills.

   * Core & Stability.

   * Presenting exercises in 3 levels (Low – Medium – High).

 * Session Design:

   * Designing 4 complete classes (Cardio, HIIT, Strength, Core).

   * Practicing transitions between stations.

   * Time management and group preparation.

   * Utilizing music beats and counting.

 * On-Floor Practical Training:

   * Leading live sessions in front of peers.

   * Performance evaluation and feedback.

   * Error correction and real-world gym scenarios.
